Research Grant

The foundation supports primarily geriatric research of clinical significance and will only exceptionally approve grants over SEK 100 00 for individual projects. Funding related to congress participation, study visits or for own salary will not be granted. However, salary/stipend for eg PhD students for a shorter period can be granted.
All research applications will be evaluated by the scientific board members. Decision on awarded grants will be taken by the complete board of Gun and Bertil Stohnes foundation during October 2021. The decision cannot be appealed. When all decisions are taken according to legal order, all material will be destroyed.
